How does it feel with the new tranfer case fluid--any difference??
I still say it has something to do with the driver side of your front diff--wish I could see the crack you described--

Lemmi know if you can see those picts man, on my most recent post with the crack... Wonder if that is just there from orig molding.. and with the new tranny fluid, well seems fine, little smoother however, I still get BANG BANG BANG. Grrr, gotta drive to tucson tomorrow, and for sure, pulling the front drive shaft OUT.

Check your hub spindles I had a similar problem and found the hub spindle was worn out, take a outside micrometer and mic the spindle and the inside of the bearing and a Haynes manual will give you a tolerance for them
