When was the last year for RC 4x4?

I know ford has stopped making the Ranger RC 4x4 but I'm not too sure if it was 08 or earlier. I am looking to buy a RC 4x4 but as new as possible. Anyone know for sure when they stopped making the RC 4x4s? Thanks, Matt!

All I know is that I was told the regular cab 4x4 was discontinued at some time here in Canada. I thought it was the same for the states.

..Edit: After reading through the specs, you may be correct...I know in 2012 the Ranger will change dramatically and will be a "World Market" vehicle for everywhere except the States...

..From my little net search I could find a 2005 Reg. Cab 4x4 in Canada...Locally to me I believe they are still available in the States for current years..

2010: I tried to build a 4x4 R/C on the U.S and Canadian sites and neither would allow it.

So, it would appear that 2008 was the last year for the 4x4 R/C.

...From what I could find, 2008 models are the last ones to have the regular cab and also the last year for the long bed...
