Hi All - we had a lot of rain recently and I could hear water sloshing around in driver side rockerpanel (when I brake abruptly or step on it) Wondering where holes for water drainage are in rockers? Would like to make sure they are clear of debris. I could see water dripping from underneath panel. Not exactly sure how water got in, but it was wet where bottom of door weather strip meets side of panel area. Any info or guidance is greatly appreciated

I don't know if there are drip holes or not in the rocker panels. It has not come up as a discussion before. Is it possible the wetness you mentioned could be from the drains in the doors?
Please add the 'trim' level of the Explorer to your profile so it shows in the margin. This could be helpful in answering future posts. Thanks.
