I made mine for my '96. There is a thread that shows you how to remove the amber lens by making a small cut on the inside of the plastic. Search for clear corners and you will find the thread. I can't remember what it's called.
On my new one i just bought them off ebay. Less than $40 shipped.
I scored mine from a group buy that was posted on all three Explorer sites at the time. They're from the same place that you find them on eBay. That supplier has an off-eBay site as well. They operate under several names (can't remember the names off hand). Based in the SoCal area.

I think he's asking about the headlights, not just the corners. There are matching "Euro" corners that look great with the Diamond cut headlights (many people on the site have them). Would be hard to fab them on your own.
got mine from ebay, not a good quality, but it is ebay, and not too bad in price, only problem is i cant get them aligned for ****, and the one wobbles a tiny bit, o well they look good atelast lol
