Where do I get torsion-bar adjustment bolts?

My Ace closed up shop not too long ago. Are these full threaded?

Yes, great suggestion. That is exactly what I did with mine when I realized what grinding would do to the starter thread.

codewiz Yes these are full threaded. Only way I know to get them.
