where is the headlight chime

everytime i turn the headlights on the chimer just keeps chiming and its driving me nuts. does anyone know where the chimer is or how to unhook it? ive searched but didnt find anything in the old posts. thanks in advance.

The chime noise box is mounted just under the dash right where your ashtray is mounted. I am guessing this is the noisemaker for the lights as well as everything else. I have disconnected mine from the ignition, which means I can have the key in without listening to the noise. You will have to find the right wire tho, unless someone else knows.
