Here we go....
First and foremost I followed this step-by-step tutorial on removing my gauges...VERY good info...
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46290&highlight=indiglo+gauge
First off, here is the 5-Way LED I ordered off of SuperBrightLEDS.com (great service, btw)
Ok, what I did was buy an 2001 X Sport Cluster off of Ebay ($30, woohoo) I got it, and after trying to roll the odometer back, so I could put the cluster in my truck, I gave up and decided to do what Celly had recommended, and remove the gauges with a knife, and replace the gauge overlay itself, on my old cluster....
Here are pictures explaining how I removed the original gauge overlay from the old cluster...
Basically so you know, what I did was removed the old gauges off the stock cluster, and removed the new white-face gauges off of the ebay bought cluster, and simply swapped gauges and applied them using glue. (this way I could use my stock odometer). Also, its very tricky removing the needles than re-applying them. I had to go down the road a couple of times to get my needles accurate again....
Here is the finished product (I think it turned out awesome)
And the night shot with the LEDs (It looks really good, pictures do not do it justice)
And here is the shot of my (relatively) new ride...I love it
