Nice, those are the pics we have been waiting to see! Love those wheels/tires. Can you show close up pics of how much you had to trim behind the front tires! How is the ride?

here a few more pics, i wanna clean up the fender a bit for before i take more pics of that

I ordered a new magnaflow muffler today though for the new pipes im gonna get made, hopefully friday itll be here, and ordered my spare tire and rim too

Im going to go talk to a race fab shop tomorro to see about getting a sort of prerunner bumper to hold a skid plate made, that works with the push bumper being on there too to hide all the ugly stuff when the bumpers off

heres some of the exhaust

I dont like how the bending machine bent the tubes on the end.... it like wavy where the bends are and its not very uniform, also the guy insisted on 2.5" pipe on the end even though the old was 3" and the mufflers out was 3"

I think ill go to some other place to get the last section redone, good thing is wasnt expensive, the guy has had the place for like 20 years i just figured it would of been perfect ha

and dont mind the messy tip, its a used one, my magnaflow one was too long to use at that angle, and the used one was messed up on the end, but i told the guy its fine since no one will see it, ill get a replacement new one eventually

a lot of shops don't have the capability of doing mandrel bending. I'm sure it would be a bit more expensive for the mandrel bent stuff too. It's most definitely NOT unusual for it to be "wavy and not very uniform"

So these are probably the spindles you purchased right?

Why does it say FORD EXPLORER 99-03 02 01 00 2WD, I thought the set up on 2nd gens were all the same. I know you have a 00 but do you know that the difference in the setup is? I have a 1997 and if I could just pick these up then Id do that. I dont feel like spending all the money on fabtechs.
Thanks

Got a part number for this muffler by any chance?
