The only thing part-time 4wd means is that you are in 2wd until you put it into 4wd

I think he's taling about the automatic 4wd, which transfers minimal power to the front axle, and more as needed. That's how the 4wd works in a 95-96.

- Just wanted to clear this up ..... my truck IS AWD... not 2wd.

I would have to say trolls truck is the fasted X on the planet!... hopefully I am going to see it this week. I am heading to FL and need to get in touch with them.

how fast can i go on the awd components and stock tranny it would be nice to use awd out of the hole like the eclipse awd the rock out of the hole

pretty fast!!!! Im running a completely stock tranny (besides the baumann stage 4 shift kit) and stock AWD....... and it all has 100,000 miles on it and still running VERY strong. Hopefully this spring i will have some true HP numbers and 1/4 times.

mods: E-303 cam, FMS headers, FMS roller rockers, crane lifters, 42lb injectors, aeromotive rails, aeromotive regulator, inline t-rex, intank, 75mm mass air, powerdyne blower 11lbs of boost, custom power pipe, k&n, chip, msd, dual exhaust... and probably a few other things im missing. I am doing a few changing this summer... ported aluminum heads, ported stock intake, custom 1 3/4" headers
then ill see if the stock tranny will hold up- Im trying to test the limits of the AWD system also cause i am curious as to what it will handle

So far it seems that the answer is had. But if push comes to shove and you guys have a problem figuring it out I can help. Don't worry about me, I definately do not have the fastest X. There's one less to count now.
