Mine seem to be the same speed as other vehicles I've been in. Maybe something inside is too tight. Did you clean it out real well?

maybe a drop or 2 of oil will help

I just replaced mine, and the speed is the same. Passenger door motor wasn't changed and both windows are still the same speed. I used a paper clip and thoroughly cleaned out ALL of the fragments of the old bushings which were in every corner of the housing. If you didn't clean out the housing, there might be bushing pieces that are getting in the way. The old gear was greased pretty well from looking at it before cleaning it up, so be sure you applied some similar multi-purpose or wheel bearing grease to lube it up, both in the bottom of the housing and the top plate. No grease would mean more friction which would mean lower window speed.
