Wifes CEL is throwing multiple codes...Help needed please.

My wife has a '99 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2 V6. Her Check engine light came on today and we took it to auto zone and had them read the codes for us. They are as follows:

P0137- 02 sensor circut low voltage (Bank 1- Sensor2)

P0300- Random multiple cylinder misfire detected.

P1171- Fuel system lean during acceleration.

Can anyone tell me where I should start or if one problem could have thrown all these codes.

Any help is greatly appriciated.

bad ionjector causing misfire, then too much o2 left from non burn. check injectors, spark plugs. how many miles on it. I've replaced all o2 sensors, just because they do this eventually. Autozones are cheapest, work ok for me, 250.00 for all four fyi. O'rillys will let u use their scanner. You can buy a Davis CAR Chip at sears for 105.00,, it is cool, rides with you , and scans and resaets codes, with software fyi...Jon

Thanks for the input jtsmith, we found that the catalitic converter was clogged up. Isuzu fixed it under thir 8 year 80,000mile emmisions warranty.
