Can that be used for the rear too?

Yes, it can be used for the rear.

Quick question when u have them installed in the rear which lights will light up the reverse lights or whatever u hook em up to?

Whichever lights you have it hooked to.

Don't get HID or wig wags will kill them :D

thanks for the help guys....i think im going to go with a whelen setup because they have a smart flash system with a couple of cool light patterns thanks again

I have wig wags on my 94 very easy to install you just run it through the existing headlight wires with its own ground and only needs to be done one one side I did it on the right side, and as mentioned above hid bulbs do get blown out by these Ive gone through plenty of pairs (well the hid look alikes?)

Which Wig Wag

I am also a firefighter/emt and am looking to put wig wags on my truck. I now have a 2005 Sport Trac and Galls does not show a listing for this year. Also how do I find if I have positive lighting?

Just be sure to check that your areas do not have restrictions on Wig-wags. My area has a restriction on alternating between high and low beams - only police are allowed this.

Bringing this up.... I ordered the above flasher from Galls. 2 of them, 1 for the front & 1 for rear. Are the wires for the rear lights in the engine bay? Or would I have to run the wires to the rear from the switch. Do I even need the second one? Can I wire the rear into the same ones as the front & just use some heavier gauge wire for the splice so I can use 1 switch? I have the wire colors from the hayes manual.
Thanks

Bump... they came in today, ready to install.

where can i get wig wags i want some but cant find any in my area. if someone has some i will buy them off of you for a fair price. cash only i dont have any of that fancy stuff.

i got the $20 wig wag from galls that is basically a box with a switch on it that i use on the rears and the multipattern one for my headlights (2 switches switch between the 3 modes and off) they work great, but the rear one was a royal pain in the arse to install since I didnt want to illuminate the 3rd brake light with it(NHTSA prohibits lighting the 3rd light unless actually braking, and since i use it while responding, i want people to know when i am slowing down) I used 2 relays right before each taillight so that when the unit is switched on, the SPDT relay switches and the wigwag output goes to the taillight while the brake light signal from the car is isolated so that when i apply the brakes the flasher overrides the brake light and functions as it should. i also added a relay for the reverse lights so that when I put my vehicle in reverse the flasher still operates as normal. everything works great. except my multipattern flasher one of the patterns no longer works. has anyone else had this happen to them?

why not buy stobes for the tails? much more noticable and dont affect the brake lights. I have stobes in the tails, wig wags in the head lights, and front and rear deck lights. all run by the negative.

Yeah, strobes are much more noticeable. I've got Whelen strobes in all 4 lenses connected to my alarm. I would've done wig-wag but flashing HID bulbs on and off would probably kill them quick.
