Will this swap work?

Hi everyone, I have a 2003 Ex 2 door sport that is rusting away beyond fixing. I located another 2003 sport and am thinking of putting my leather seats in and removing the cloth seats. Should this swap over be as easy as it seems? How about the wiring for the leather front seats? I want to salvage as much as I can from the donor vehicle that will swap over. They'll bolt right in. Were your cloth seats power? If not you'll need 12V power and a ground.

No, my rusting 2003 Sport XLT has leather seats. I want to put them in the "better condition " 2003 Sport XLT. It has cloth seats. I am hoping that the wiring is already there but not being used. Thanks, Jim
