Window Glass Fitment on 2001 sport trac

Does anyone know if a passenger side front window out of a 1998 mountaineer will fit a 2001 Explorer Sport Trac...i'm getting mixed opinions on this...and i figure someone on here would know for sure...thanks to this site i was able to get my truck running again.

I doubt it. Why are you wanting to put a Mountaineer glass in a Sport Trac?

Actually, much to my surprise, they will. The part number for both vehicles right front door glass is F57Z-7821410-A
