I've read several posts on here concerning my issue, but am still a bit confused about pinpointing the problem. I would appreciate any help I can get. First off, I have a '98 XLT 4.0 SOHC. The windshield washer pump does not pump at all...both front and back and when the pump is depressed on the wheel stalk, there is no motor sound from the pump. I'm anxious to fix this, but would like some advice on where to start. I've checked the fuse and it appears to be ok. What next? I've looked at the pump below the reservoir, but didn't notice anything wrong externally. Is it a relay switch? Bad motor? I have a multimeter....how can I pinpoint this problem? Thanks for all of your assistance.
