Windshield wiper cowl?

I need to clean up and possibly paint the windshield wiper cowl plastic part on my '99. How do I take it off?

There's some screws in the middle near the center if you look close enough. Once that is out, the cowls are just in with pressure clips. Beyond that, you need to take the sprayers off the cowls, and you're done.

Al, you may want to do like I did. Buy some other ones and have them painted first. When you get them just right, then install them. I loved mine painted red. Made a big difference, but then I had to paint the antenna holder too. That thang stood out like a sore thumb.

I painted mine black a few weeks ago.
Antena bezel too.
Draft gave a good removal description.
Firm but gentle pressure it eventually will pop off.
Don't run away with it till you disconnect the squirter hose.
