Wipers Won't Work

I have a 2002 Sport Trac. This morning my wipers won't work. The spray work but none of the wiper came one. I tried every position and nothing except the spray will work.

I don't have the manual to check the fuse panels. Can you tell me what fuses I need to change or give me the diagram.

Need help quick.

also looks like two relays under the hood 45a and 45b
