Does anyone know where I can find myself a NEW wireing harness for my 2005 ford explorer 4.0l V6 a bunch of the wireing is janky and the clips are broken. I would like to get a new one but have been unsuccessful in finding one new.

Maybe you could get harness from salvage, and make yourself a “new” harness using the connections and clips. Or get an auto electric shop to this for you.

Ford unit is almost surely obsolete after almost twenty years. There is not likely to be an aftermarket availability for this harness, as it is not a frequent replacement issue. (Personally, I would rather a unit remade from salvage than a “Chinese” unit.)
