wont start

hey everyone i have a 99 ranger 4 cyl. 2.5L. i drove it around all day on tuesday and parked for a while and went back and it wouldnt start. it will turn over but wont start. i ruled out all plugs and wires they all have spark. i ruled out the fuel pump fuel filter and starter. anyone have any other ideas?

there is a fuel cut off switch under the passender side of the dash some times they go out they are ment shut of in a crash if you have to turn it back on i would but a new switch
