if it were at one of those blow ur socks off good deals and under 100 bucks i might buy it..but otherwise id just try to buy new if i could afford it

If the refurb was done by the orignal company and had some kind of a warranty then yes.

What bothers me is that broken amps are selling on ebay and someone is fixing them and has to be reselling them, that bothers me because how can you know if the repair was done right.

Refurb from a well known site directly from the manufacture yes. Off an Ebay auction, no. Refurb's are fine as long as the orignal company did them. They should have a sticker on the product stating that they have refurbished it.
