i am in the process of lifting my X but i can't do it without new tires! (well i can but my truck would look ridiculous on stock tires) i am looking for some wrangler MT/R's below $150 each. i am mounting them on some black rock crawlers... does n e one have a website that has cheap offroad tires?

what tires do ya'll reccomend?

www.DesertRat.com they have awesome tire and wheel combos cheap. They also mount and balance them for free. They get shipped fast and they are very helpful. Make sure to call them because they have a lot of things that aren't mentioned on their site. Also tire and wheel specials aren't on the site. I would suggest though that you look at their Baja Claw/Rockcrawler combo its 4 tires and wheels mounted and balanced for 539.

I have 33x1250x15 MTRs on 15x8 black rockcrawlers and it looks sweet. I got mine from Big O tires for $154 each. They couldn't exactly match Tirerack's price, but was very close. I had a set of 31x1050x15 Swamper SSRs, which were nice, but these MTRs are much better on the road.
