If you want to swap it, let me know. I'd be down for a group project. I'm sure I'll need help doing mine. I got some good answers and it doesn't sound that challenging, just kinda tedious, but most of that is finding all the parts.
i'm just looking for interest right now. once i know how many would be interested we can go from there. as of now, I'm thinking there's only lik 8 or so people. Hopefully more will comment and want to form a group
of course im down i tried to start one with some local friends but never came of anything i had stickers made too though kinda sucks. "7 drunken pirates" kool name i guess but not many people my way off road ne more
I second that! I'm only looking to find people to wheel with, and be a known face on the forum. As well as hopefully finding people that are willing to help each other work on trucks.
My tranny had gotten bad the past couple of days so today I was going to take it to Cottman for a free diagnosis. I'll be dammed if the problem didnt go away. I'm gonna get a trans from the junkyard and rebuild one.
sounds good. do you know if i can just go to a junkyard and grab another 5r55e from any x and swap it with the one i have? or do i need to match something due to computers?
bill, you're not the only one being sick. I'm pretty sure I've got strep throat, just haven't been to the doc yet. I think we need to take a trip to shoe creek at gwnf. it's a great trail. if you want to see pics, i can email them to you.
