Have you found any tires yet? I wheel on 35"s so you can put my "street Tires" on your truck if you want (procomp 33" about 1/2 treed left, stand at about 32.5" now)

yeah Andrew.. I stopped using that line now... I see that its more then just words now... IT REALLY HAPPENS!

I really had fun this weekend. not much damage, I got another good scrape on the pass side from making out with a tree on Rattler. I also threw out my alignment BOTH ways so I gotta fix that today. I noticed last night that with the sway bars off I can get the front wheel off the ground around turns, I like that I didnt get a chance to try out the snorkle but Ill do that next weekend. Hey Shaun, u gotta get ur Deranger hooked up like Andrews, that thing is a beast. Doug, u bringin that X of urs up next weekend?

How many ppl are actually commin up for the 24th-25th ride? We need a really good trunout this time.

Yeap my truck will be there for the 24th and 25th. I got alot of stuff done to it i just wish my website wasnt down so i could post the pics i took of it. I think i might have to get a geotitties site till mine comes back up.

I'll be up fir the 24th-25th soon as I get my truck back together, atlas is here, tranny arrives tomorrow, hopefully have everything in by the end of the week and get the wiring done next week

Spas, you drove up through our $h!tty state and didn't even bother to warn us to get off the roads? Andrew, are you SFA or still running TTB in you truck? Just wondering if I should start looking for the TTB lift kit

Actually, I was thanking God that none of you were around when I caused a backup on the turnpike on Friday.....

I had to haul two big ugly Chevy vans (a G20 & a G30), and in order to pull one on the hitch, you have to sling it by its front wheels and leave it running.

Well, right around mile marker #58, I noticed blue smoke coming out of it and pulled over in a panic...How it got to leaking motor oil out of its driveshaft, I don't know. I had to turn this horrible thing around in order to drag it by its back wheels, but the shoulder on the TP is SLOPED. (the other van didn't run) Needless to say, I got the flippin thing stuck perpendicular to the road and caused a backup of rubber neckers trying to see why this nutty chick was offroading in a cargo van....


Panicked at this point, I thought of you buncha goons and wondered what Y'all would do in my place (actually, my thoughts were more like "GOD DANGIT, I've survived Paragon-I'll be dammed if I get stuck in the grass in a chevy!)


Which was when I floored it in reverse, right into the trees, then floored it forward and drove back up the shoulder into oncoming traffic, tree branches hanging off the roof rack like a demented christmas tree

AND YOU THOUGHT YOUR JOBS WERE FUN!

Way to go Spas! No wonder there is so much traffic on the TP with people like you. Besides its a chevy they do nothing but get stuck. Like a rock, drive over it drive around it or winch it out of the way. Anyways im gonna go back to watching GI Joe, gotta love cartoon network.

TTB look into a bend arm lift...I have an Autofab

Still unemployed, so no decision if I'll be there or not.

I will be on vacation in Rhode Island from Aug 13-18, so I'll be passing through a bunch of states on the way there. If anyone sees a 'toreador red', lifted 2nd gen going up the interstate it's probably me.

If I don't find a job between the time I get back and the 23rd, count me in.

I think Warn will replace the hub, so I will have 2 extra with me all the time, good thing to carry with a grouop of TTB fords. I paid $30 more two years ago for the one I blew up...PA is a bargain

for the Warn hubs, just take it back to a warn dealer for a new one, they have a lifetime war on them if I'm not mistaken

on another note, my beast is getting together slowly, tranny arrived this afternoon, few misc parts on order still, motor, tranny, t-case should be inplace by the end of this week, and running by the end of the weekend if I can get the wireing done, only problem I might run in to for making the 24-25th run is getting the exaust system and my front drive shaft cut dow in time
so I might not make this run with my rig... which sucks....

I hope you get it done in time jeff. Any ideas on what trails we're gonna be running? I know we're gonna be doing easy stuff the first day but Id like to run some better stuff on the 2nd day to try out my truck. At the very least id like to hit the rock swamp and maybe blueberry.
