Im looking to get some 18s, with my tax money, ya, I know its lifted right now, but I think that just gunna be for the winter, and lower it for the summer, but I wanna get some 18s, and I need to know the back spacing options that I can run, can I have a 18X8, with a 5 inch back spacing, or is that to much??

98 AWD
Chris..

5 inch backspacing would pull the rims and tires in, causing them to rub on suspension components and the inner fender. The larger the number, the rims go in, the smaller the number they go out. Stock bs for us is 4 or 4.5" depending on rims. Most of us with 15x8 wheels run 3.75" backspacing.

ya, I know thats, what Im running on my 15X7 american racings, but if I go with the "street look" I kinda want a wider tire you know..
