yet another 5r55w problem

Hey everyone i am having another odd problem with my 02 4x4 5r55w. I drove it for about 20 mins to go in town, parked and was in the store maybe 5 mins. When i came out to leave, i put it in reverse and nothing,same in all gears, it just reved. I then reved it to around 4000 rpms, while in drive and it popped in gear. It has done this a few times, and cant find anything on here about it. I have replaced the solinoid block, servo pistions, and adjusted the bands. The only thing i have not done was rebuild the valve body, and didnt know if that was my problem or what??? Any help or direction to get this resolved would be appriciated.

The line pressure relief valve is mounted in the pump, it is possible that it is sticking. Has the fluid been changed?

yea i changed it after i did the solniod block, then ran it for a couple hundred miles and changed again. it has been almost a year since then and has run fine till now.
