Rick:
Looks like you and I are the only ones there on Wednesday for dinner. I'll buy. We're basically across the street from each other. I'll be there late afternoon. Call me at the Comfort Inn 800 S Main St. (435) 259-5252 when you get back from your days wheeling.

Many thanks for the birthday wishes! I'm a young 43. Ray, you don't look a day over 60 Dead Link Removed.

My brain seems to be aging though. Witness yesterday when I couldn't even get dinner plans straight even when Rick clearly said Sunday dinner in the first post; and then I managed to mix up three songs with one line of lyrics. Dead Link Removed
I'm going to pack my hearing aid, cane, teeth, and bifocals right now before I forget. I don't want to be driving through New Mexico and suddenly realize I forgot them Dead Link Removed

Hey, could somebody post detailed directions to Lion's Back campground. I'm sure it's pretty easy, but it may be dark by the time I get there, and I'll have been driving for 12 hours or so. Maybe starting from the center of town.

Directions to Lions Back -
Take Main Street to Center Street (kinda like 1st and Main, heh heh)
Follow Center street to 400 East and take a left on Mill Creek Dr. Keep following that road, you'll see signs for it.

I drive as fast as I need to, or around 10 miles over the limit. Whatever, it doesn't matter to me.

Peter,

Just to let you know, I WILL be at the scheduled dinner Friday. You didn't have my name down, so I got nervous. I'm convoying down with Brett from Denver, so he will be arriving at the same time on Friday. I think Ryan is coming in the same convoy as well.

Also, is the Friday dinner at 6 or 7 PM. And, what time zone??? Dead Link Removed

I'll be available Monday for trails somewhere. Haven't decided where yet, but I'm sure that will be easy after we all meet.

And some good news, my friend at work that had jury duty this week will be working tomorrow, so I will be off. This is great, as I now have time to get properly prepared for the trip.

More good news, I think I sold my 1981 Honda Silver Wing. I can't say I'll never have a bike again, but I just haven't found the enjoyment from the bike that the Explorer brings. Call me nuts. Dead Link Removed
