The ones I have my my second gen surprisingly do, and my headlights weren't fogged TOO bad.

Ya the new headlights put the same amount of light as my old ones since the domes of the headlights are stil cromed to send out the light only the outside of them r black.

I have the black headlights & corners without the reflector, mine are actually brighter than stock.
