92 explorer runs rough after restart

hey guys,1st off happy new years to everyone,be safe,dont drink and drive! ok i have a 92 explorer,it will run excellent in the morning,or when 1st started after truck has cooled down all the way,but if i go food shopping or goto walmart,i start the truck up and it runs rough,like its missing,i had a similar problem a few months ago but that was a spark plug wire that came off the coil,could my coil be bad,or something else

My first thought with a rough warm start is a bad fuel pressure regulator (FPR). The diaphragm in the FPR ruptures and leaks fuel directly into the intake, effectively flooding the engine on warm starts. It's easy to check. Run the engine for a bit, then pull the vacuum line to the FPR and look for gas. If there's gas in that vacuum line, the FPR is bad.
