Diff oil

What is the thickest Diff oil you can put in the rear end to quite it down. Has been rebuilt 3 times cannot get whine out of it, Axles been replaced, case replaced, Drive shaft U joints wheel bearings the list goes on.

Is it limited slip, and if so have you added the friction modifier?

It is but what is the thickest weight oil can be used to quite it down whatout damaging anything

You really should stick to the 75W-140, and use the friction modifier to quiet it down.
