2004 ford explorer hardly any air from vents

i have a 2004 ford explorer 6 cylinder. when i turn on my ac, i hardly get any airflow on all speeds.
when i turn it to hot i will get clicking....i know this is a bad blend door actuator.
Is having the bad actuator the reason for me not getting any airflow at my vents or is that gonna be caused by my blower motor resistor....

If the fan makes more noise in the higher settings than the lower settings, your resistor is fine.

Check how much air comes out of your defrost vents and see if the bad blend door is just shoving all your air out the defroster.
