A 2014 MFT limited explorer does not have "SirusXm travel link" capabilities

My trial subscription for SirusXm radio is about to end and when I called SirusXm they told me that my 2014 MFT limited radio is not capable of receiving travel link/ nav traffic. I have been getting travel link / nav traffic for free from the 6 month trial. Am I missing something or are the people at SirusXm that stupid? The people on the phone at SirusXm said that it is a “dealer option" Is this true?

They said same to me, that my radio never had it, so I showed them a picture of the screen with it displaying Travel Link info.

Escalate to a Supervisor they will get it sorted out.

Many cases, hang up and call again to speak with another person. I went through an issue with them encountering all kinds of problems. Finally, I spoke to a lady I think in the Manila who cheerfully resolved my problem(s).
