I'm looking for a set of clear, not altezza, taillights for a 93 XLT. I have seen them before around on the forum and stuff but never for sale.

They are extremely rare. Keep an eye on ebay, that's probably gonna be the only way to get ahold of them.

Good Luck. Ive been lookin everywhere for a set for my '91 XL. They used to be for sale on procarparts.com, but they were taken off for some odd reason. Some places have removed them because of the fact that they are illegal in many, if not all, states.

not sure how much this helps but i went to lightlens.com and asked the cs there about where i could find clears and this was they said:

They were discontinued by the manufacturers in Taiwan because they are
making nothing but street legal stuff nowadays. You might be able to
      find a
used set from a private party.
Street legal euro tails for your Explorer should be available in a few
      months.
      Thanks
