Front clip conversion?

Anyone know if it's possible to throw a 2002+ clip on a 96? I like the new look. I haven't gone out and made any measurements, and since it's friggin cold I figured I'd ask here first

I believe the newer x's are wider, + I'm not so sure it would look that great ?

With enough money it can be done but the newer front ends aren't anything like the older explorers it would take a fair amount of work to get it on there. It is most definantly not bolt on.
