I just did the remaining three on the wife's 94. They all have the same problem. The rollers in the motor disintegrate. It's a time issue. I just bought new motors from www.RockAuto.com and replaced them in a couple of hours. Drill one hole to access the third screw, leave the window partly down so you can wiggle the motor into place. Grease the heck out of the tracks and reassemble. The rears are a pain because you have to solder on the connector. They just come with stripped leads.
