No Location Map In FordPass - Galaxy S9+

Everything in Fordpass works, except there is no map in Vehicle Controls>Location. Just a blue screen where the map should be. Anybody else with a Galaxy S9+ having this problem?

Fordpass has never worked for me on either a Galaxy S7 or S9+.

I have a Galaxy S9+ on verizon and it works fine for me with my 2018 platinum.

Just on the off chance it makes a difference, it's technically an unlocked s9+ on the verizon network... I would be shocked if it did, but am trying to help find similarities and differences.
