Power Window Trouble

My front driver side power window is starting to act up. When I hit the auto down, it goes down and keeps trying to go further.

Power window motor or window controls?

If you lower it by holding the button does it stop then?
If so it has something to do with the autodown mechanism. It's a relay called the "one touch down relay" but I'm not sure of the location.
