Programming a Key... I have 2 keys, how to do a 3rd

What's the sequence? I can't find it in the owners manual. WTF? How do I do it? I have 2 keys, getting a third cut for a remote start.

Not sure if the '04's use PATS II keys, but the procedure for programming a PATS II key is shown at http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68728&highlight=pats
