Smart Key Programming

I just bought a used 2003 Explorer Sport Trac and it came with only one key.
I was able to program the key fob from my old Sport Trac and ordered a new smart key on line for it. The manual says you need 2 smart keys to program one yourself. Is there a way to do it with only one?

lock smiths might have a programmer for it, if not the dealer can program it with only 1 key, it cant be user done with 1 key.

Yup dealer only and be prepared to be shafted. 140 it cost me just so i can have remote start. Im still walkin funny
