What size tires can i fit on my X??

i got a 96 explorer with 3 inch body lift and shackle tt, its a eddie bauer so has the fender flares on it, how big of tires would i be able to fit?

33s and you might have to trim. 32s to be safe.

Thats what i figured, just didnt know about the eddie bauer edition cause they have bigger fender flares than most.

I've had a 2000 with 33s with flares with just tt/shackles

how much did you have to trim the fenders

With 285/65 mudders the only trim I had was on the lil nubbs on the middle area of the inner fenderwell plastic, no flare or metal trim at all
