general purpose tire size chart for 2wd 95-01:

2" tt and shackles- 31/10.50/15
3" body lift (only)- 32/11.50/15
2" tt and shackle + BL 33/12.50/15
3" spindles, aal, shackles 32/11.50/15
3" spindles, aal, shackles, BL 33/12.50/15 to 35/12.50/15
3" spindles, 3" keys, soa, shackles, BL 35/12.50/15 to 37/13.50/15 (total of 8.5 inches)

I only have 2WD with SOA and Maxtrac Ranger Edge 4" spindles up front with stock key leveling and running 33x12.50x15

Nice i am sure their are different combinations of lifts and tire size, I just found this chart and thought it to be useful..

Correct, I do however recommend SOA or Superlift rear spring packs as opposed to Shackles with AAL. More complete of a lift with less components to mess with.
