Well I posted before how my rear hinge had broke. So I ordered a new one. When I received it it didnt come with the screw. Then I came to realize "hey well technically the hinge is fine i just need a new screw" Now my other hinge broke the screw snapped in half and half is still stuck in the whole. How can I get it out? I installed my new one with some ghetto screw but it holds. Should it be fine? heres a pic of the broken one with the half screw on the left you can see the other half of the screw still in the whole. Another thing is do I need to worry about the the screw rubbing up against the glass in the hole? I dont want it to crack my glass

should be a rubber gasket around the inside of the hole ? correct ??
i would go to the wrecking yard and see if i could find another, rather than pay the dealer cost,
as for the stuck screw , drill it out it might just come loose when it gets hot,,
