Hi All,

I had my pinion seals replaced about a month ago, putting an end to random splotches on my driveway. Yay!

However, I started hearing a similar noise that occurred as the diff fluid got low (a kind of knocking when coasting, variable with my speed). So, I went under the truck to check the fluid, and it was right to fill hole... I add in a couple of pumps anyway (maybe 1/2 cup's worth), and it quieted the knocking noise down... But while I was under there, I saw this:

I assume by the viscous fluid and the lack of odor that it isn't gear oil, so that leaves the bushing.

My question is, can the bushing or mount be parted out separately, or would an entire housing need to be purchased in order to obtain the bushing?

Thanks!

That certainly answers my question.

Thanks!
