2003 explorer sport vacuum line question

Hello, I bought this explorer from a friend with a blown head gasket. I put everything else together but cant seem to find where this specific vacuum line goes to. I think its suppose to be longer but i have no idea where this goes..its coming from where another line goes to the fuel rail and egr, and this random one i cant seem to figure out.

I think it goes across to the fenderwell. A fuel evap can vac purge line is there. Ijust installed a motor in mine last week, so it looks familiar, lol.
