My doors only lock and won't unlock from the switch unless it is the keyfob or the trunk unlock switch. What is the fix?

is it both front doors? or just the driver side one?

if its one, Id double check the wiring boot in the door jam and make sure none of the wires fatigued and broke. I had my window stop moving because the wire in that boot broke. if its both front doors, let me know

It's both rear doors, one used to unlock and the other was stuck locked. Now they are both locked and won't open. The windows work though.

Ok, so its the back doors that wont unlock with using the front door buttons, but will unlock with the key fob and the trunk button.
The back doors lock with all front door buttons, keyfob, and trunk button???

What are you trying to fix? all doors? just the back doors? im confused.

I have a back door that binds that I have to yank up on the stick and pull the outside handle a few times to open. Is this similar?

You may just have bad door lock actuators.

I want the backdoors to unlock. I also want to figure out why my front lock switches don't work.

Check the child lock switches
Next check that the plastic caps are not screwed down too far, they can actually catch on the door panel and it will not allow the rod to lift up . Fix is to unscrew the plastic caps a few turns

There is a power door
Lock troubleshooting procedure in the troubleshooting manual that walks you through testing wire by wire. It could be a broken wire in the drivers door boot feeding to and from the drivers door master switch.
Very common to have wires come apart inside that boot

Looking at this diagram. I think your issue will be somewhere on this pink/green wire and perhaps near the splice located in the harness, that goes near the windshield wiper bottle and into the small auxillary relay box near the air filter ish area mounted on the frame.

I would look at the door boots as well. the S300 junction has all connections from the 2 door switches, GEM and keyless entry module. Key fob works so one would guess it is a good connect. that would leave the door jamb boots where wires can break or the switches themselves.
