How the h*** do you get this thing out. I have a 99 sport and I've taken out every srew that I believe holds it in place. I have the new one ready to go in and from the looks of it I've got them all but this old thing just won't come out. Any ideas, tips, or tricks?

Ok here is the issue. I need to regear the front and rear but I don't have time to do both in one day. I have the brown wire mod done. So if I regear the rear and leave the front transfercase turned off will that hurt any thing? Or vis-a-versa?

If I regear and put in an Auburn ECTED Locker would that pretty much replace all of the differential components. Or is there anything else in there that I would need to replace. My truck has 126,000 miles on it and it is time for an overhaul or just plain replacement parts. i can feel it.

The bolt on the passenger side right behind the bumper WILL NOT come out. I've torched and had wd40 sprayed weeks befor I started. All of the other bolts came out easy this one the rubber bushings just keep spinning and spinning, I tried channel locks that didn't work. What now? :mad: :(
