What is the torque spec for the rod that holds the rocker arms on the head. (3 bolts) My manual says # ft/lbs but then turn 90 deg. Does anyone have what that translates into in ft/lbs total rather than angle. Thanks.

Hi guys. I just got my 94' Exp. Ltd. and the brake pedal has lots of free travel. It feels like the Master Cylinder is bad but it is full with fluid and isn't leaking. Could it still be the culprit or could it be something else. Thanks.
