There are plenty of instructions posted here. Have you done a search? Try searching for 00M12 as it is known rather than 0012M as in the title.

Here you go. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showpost.php?p=487634&postcount=33 . I have done a lot of these and the hardest part is the two torx bolts at the rear of the upper manifold. Not much room and the loom is in the way.

Its an easy job mate- but please dont tighten the bolts too much or you willl crack the manifold! I worked from the inside out in a spiral type thang, and held the socket at the elbow so I could put less pressure on it and feel if it was even also.
