Well if you dont like it you can just turn the bars back down then put your old shackles back on, that simple. Shouldnt take more than an hour to do the whole thing. If you like it get an alignment, if not take it back off like I mentioned.

ok. thanks. so the aftermarket shock absorbers wont help then

I dont think shocks are a fix all for a tt. Yes it may help but it will still be stiff. Best thing for you to do at this point though is to crawl under there and crank them up, hop in and go for a drive and see what you think. You're a better judge about how you might like it than we are. Mine arent too bad but I have the BL now so when in a few weeks when I install I'm gonna drop mine down some, I dont like the stiffer ride.

ok. thanks. all your info has been very helpful. when you cranked them up, were the bolts hard to turn? cuz i tried mine and they wouldnt budge. may have been different for you.

Yes they are hard to turn. I forgot to mention that you need to jack the front wheels off the ground first. You will probably bottom out on the driver bolt while you still have some thread left on the passenger side bolt. This is normal.
Try a long ratchet if you dont have air or get a cheater bar.

ok. thanks. i jacked it up and lubricated them and everything, but i dont have air, so i'll try it with a cheater bar.

did you max your torsion bars out? or just get like 2 inches?

ok. i took measurements on my ST today, and 285/75 R16 tires will be cuttin it pretty close. but you say with moderate trimming they should fit? does the fender look horrible where you trimmed it, or is it hardly noticeable? all info is appreciated.

Mine looks fine I think...

did you have your front end realigned after you tightened your torsion bars?

Почему вы сделали утеску прежде чем вы одели в большие автошины тележка?

ok. thanks. and those are 285/75 R16 tires? i also have a brushguard. how are you refitting your brushguard to fit with the body lift i think you said that you bought?

sorry, idk why it replaced tires with round rollie things.

jeremyc653, are those 285/75 R16 tires? if so, did you put shackles on the back, and TT up front?

You DONT NEED to cut the body work like he did in those pics above. The only trimming needed is light trimming on the inner fenders.
