01 explorer sport tire wear after alignment

replaced lower ball joints and both upper control arms and ball joints. then had it aligned and now drivers front tire is wearing and cupping on inside. Is this a bad alignment or a tire issue. also rotated tires still no change.

Welcome to the forum! If the tire wasnt already like that before the balljoints and alignment then I'd take it back to the shop and have them recheck it.
