01 Ford Explorer HID Problem!

I just recently put in HID's for my ford explorer when i installed them everything was working fine until the lights started flickering, it was the passenger side light. I took the ballast and the bulb at a place to be tested to see if it was working or if somethings was wrong with it but it worked fine. the lights flickers and then turns yellow and looks like a regular bulb. i changed the fuse in the car, i tested the ballast along with the bulb, i double checked the connections, i let the buklb cool in between testing periods but cannot find a solution if anyone has any ideas or solutions it would be much appreciated.

Are you using a relay harness or just powering the setup using the stock wiring? Sounds to me like the ballasts aren't getting enough juice. A relay harness should help. Many of the cheap kits out there don't come with them.
